As part of our pursuit and preservation of maximal satisfaction we want to be happy. We want peace of mind, contentment, safety and security. But life doesn't always go like that. There are difficulties and when we face them - we naturally want things to get better - we want to be happy again and to get there we can go about it in 3 ways:
- MOOD RESCUE
- PROBLEM SOLVING
- ACCEPTANCE AND MOVING ON
In this course, I'll examine each of the three and offer suggestions on how best to apply them as we navigate the difficulties of life.
