A course on how to deal with difficulty.

In our pursuit of maximal satisfaction we search for happiness, peace of mind, safety and security. However, we don't always succeed. Life has challenges that get in the way. When this happens we naturally want things to change - we want to feel better. To do that we have three main ways to make that shift. In this course, I'll go over each of them and offer suggestions on how best to use them on course to feeling "happy again."
